Welcome to JackAllTrades, a New Jersey Handyman Service. We are open and working 7 days and nights every week, and our NJ handymen carry written proof of our New Jersey Home Improvement License and our liability insurance. We service most areas in New Jersey and some parts of Pennsylvania, so we are local to you and your neighborhood.

Most NJ handyman companies make vague appointments, say, between 9am and 1pm or worse, between 10am and 4pm. We give you a precise appointment window, for example 9-9:30am or 1-1:30pm. Our handymen must call the office when they arrive so we know they're are on time.

If a handyman can't get to our customers on time, he can't work here.

We don't charge to come out and give you a price and we don't give estimates. The word "estimate" means an approximation, and contractors use this word deliberately so they can protect themselves if a job takes longer than expected. Some construction companies even use "estimates" as a strategy. That is, they bait you with a lower price and then come back to you later with a higher price. If the job takes us longer than expected the price remains the same.

When the job is finished you'll be given a completion certificate to sign, which says the contract has been fulfilled to your satisfaction. As a double check someone from the office will speak to you to make absolutely certain you're satisfied. This is a family business and 50% of our business is from the same customers coming back to us again and again. Plus, we get referrals from their family, friends, and neighbors - in short, word of mouth.

No extra charge for work done on weekends!

We've remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, knocked down load-bearing walls, installed bathroom vanities, replaced siding that melted in an electrical fire, installed siding and soffit that has blown away. We have also replaced sills and tracks on windows. We've assembled furniture, dropped a ceiling, installed shutters, door knobs and drawer pulls, cut in cabinets for kitchen appliances... etc... etc... etc... If what you are seeking is not on this list, please give us a call. We can do almost anything and employ only expert craftsmen. If we can't help you, we can advise you on what to do.
