Who comes out to my home to give me price? A salesman?

Answer: The same handyman who will be doing your job. We do not have salespeople.

How do I book an appointment?

Answer: Just call our office and speak to Bill.

Do you work weekends?

Answer: Yes we do, and we don't charge any extra to do so.

We both work. Do you have evening appointments?

Answer: Absolutely. We have appointments day or night, seven days a week.

How do I pay?

Answer: We accept personal checks.

What quality controls do you have?

Answer: At the end of your job, you'll be asked to sign a completion agreement that says all work is completed to your satisfaction. Also you'll be asked to speak to a quality control person in our office to assure you are happy with the work. Our men do not get paid unless the completion certificate is signed and you say the work has been completed satisfactorily.

Do you supply materials?

Answer: No, if we handled materials we'd have to mark them up. Most contractors mark up material at least 100%. You can either supply the material yourself, have the store deliver it, or, for a small fee, the handyman will pick it up for you. Whatever you choose our handyman will supply you with an explicit material list.

Do you do commercial work?

Answer: We do work for small, independent companies and practices like dentists, doctors, therapists, shop owners. We do not do work for large corporations.

Are you insured?

Answer: Absolutely. In order to be a licensed contractor with the Attorney General's office of New Jersey, which we are, you must carry a half million dollars of insurance.

Do you give estimates?

Answer: No, estimates are a contractors' gimmick. An estimate is merely an approximation so a contractor can come back to you later and claim the job is going to take longer. Our prices are guaranteed.
